Payment
We only accept PayPal payments at this time. You can pay securely via credit card or echeck through PayPal. Please allow extra time to ship orders paid for by echeck since it takes longer for PayPal to process an echeck payment. We cannot ship your order until we receive a cleared PayPal payment. Please make sure your shipping address is correct in PayPal when completing your payment. We will ship to your confirmed PayPal shipping address. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
Shipping
We only ship to the continental US shipping addresses on twintreats.com. We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are usually shipped out within 2-5 business days if the item is in stock.
When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail that has a tracking/confirmation code for the package. USPS.com does not show tracking information until the package actually arrives at it’s destination for US shipments.
First-Class and Priority Mail shipments do not require a signature. USPS Mail carriers will usually just leave the package. Please watch for your package as we will consider it delivered if USPS.com shows it was delivered on the tracking information. If a mail carrier attempts delivery and does not leave a package they generally leave a notice. Please contact your local post office for delivery.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on items that are scheduled to be manufactured and delivered at a future date. When you make a pre-order purchase, the pre-ordered items are deducted from the inventory that we are scheduled to receive. Pre-ordered items will be shipped upon arrival. Pre-orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Pre-ordered items are not returnable or exchangeable because they are held for you and are not available for others to purchase, so please make your selections carefully. Occasionally, pre-ordered items may not be available due to changes from the manufacturer. If this occurs, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the pre-ordered items.
Product Availability
If you see something you like, buy it now! Many of our products can’t be reordered since they are limited edition and may not be available the next time you visit twintreats.com!
Sold Out Items
Items often sell out faster than the inventory system can update the web site. If items in your order are sold out and can’t be reordered we will email you with an alert and replacement options. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will ship less the sold out item(s).
Requesting order changes and cancelations
Orders are processed as soon as you place your order and cannot be changed or canceled so please be careful when placing your order.
Sales Tax
We collect 7% sales tax for items being shipped to a NJ address. Sales tax is not charged for clothing items.
Returns
We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, please email us at info@twintreats.com before returning it to us. Include your name, order number, item(s) and reason for your return in the email. There are some items in our store that cannot be returned. Please make sure to review the product details before making your purchase!
We accept returns that are postmarked within 14 business days of receipt. We will not accept returns on any items that were not pre-authorized or postmarked after 14 business days of receipt. Items must be sent back, unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags in tact and we will provide you with a refund for the full price of the item minus *shipping charges. All pre-orders, holiday, sale, clearance and cosmetic items are final and cannot be canceled or returned, no exceptions.
We do not accept returns on any worn, used, washed, or soiled products. We do not accept any returns for products that you feel did not hold up well while being worn or washed. Due to the unique nature of many of the designs, they may be delicate and require additional care. If an item does not fit, please make certain that the item is in the original condition it was sent to you before sending it back for a refund. We will not accept nor provide a refund for items that are not returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent to you. All return items are inspected. If your returned item appears to be worn, soiled or damaged in any way that renders the item not resalable, we will not refund your order.
The return shipping address is a P.O. Box, so please be sure to send the item via United States Postal Service. We strongly recommend sending items with insurance and a tracking number in order to confirm delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or for any shipping fees incurred in the return process.
Please include the invoice with the return item(s), RA#, and reason for your return.

Once we receive your return, we will check it to make sure it’s in the same condition and original packaging it was sent to you. If your return is eligible for a refund, we will provide a credit to the original payment method minus shipping charges. Please allow 14 days from the date we receive your return for your PayPal account to be credited.
*Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item was shipped Free we will deduct the actual shipping costs we incurred to ship it to you. Buyer is responsible for all additional shipping fees incurred in the return process.
Pre-Orders, Holiday, Sale, Clearance, Earrings, and Cosmetic Items
All pre-orders, holiday, sale, clearance and cosmetic items are final. They cannot be canceled or returned, no exceptions.

We respect your individual privacy. We will not release your personal information to outside parties or send you unwanted email. When you sign-up with twintreats.com, you will receive information on new items and upcoming promotions. However, if you want to stop receiving information, please send an email request to info@twintreats.com.

We only ship to the continental US shipping addresses on twintreats.com at this time. You can purchase items on our other site twin-treats.com. Please make sure to check if a product is allowed into your Country before purchasing the item(s). Custom duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping price. Buyer is responsible for any custom duties, taxes, and charged imposed upon receipt of the package. Please check with your Country's customs office prior to your purchase to determine what these additional costs will be.
