Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer $8.95 flat standard shipping to continental USA shipping addresses and Free standard shipping to continental USA shipping addresses for orders of $75 or more. We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. During the holiday rush we ship daily.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking/confirmation code for the package. Tracking information updates can be delayed online and may not update until the package is delivered. 

First-Class and Priority Mail shipments do not usually require a signature (possibly required with orders over $100). We will send you an email if a signature is required. USPS Mail carriers will usually just leave the package. Please watch for your package as we will consider it delivered if USPS.com or UPS.com shows it was delivered on the tracking information. If a mail carrier attempts delivery and does not leave a package they generally leave a notice. Please contact your local post office for delivery.

Hotel & Temporary Deliveries

To ensure the safe and guaranteed delivery of your items, Twin Treats does not fulfill orders shipped to guests at hotels, motels, or other temporary accommodations. Due to the high risk of lost packages within hotel mailrooms, these orders will be canceled and refunded. We welcome you to place your order using a permanent residential or business address instead.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, failure to pick up, or an incomplete or incorrect address, a 10% restocking fee will apply. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we paid to send the order, as well as any return shipping or carrier fees, will be deducted from your refund.

We appreciate your understanding, as these charges help cover the costs associated with processing and handling returned packages.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. If you are located outside the USA, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to make special shipping arrangements depending on your location and the items being purchased.

Please verify that the products you wish to purchase are permitted for import into your country before ordering. Twin Treats is not responsible for items that are prohibited or restricted by your country's customs regulations.

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are typically collected by the customs office or shipping carrier upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchasing to determine any additional costs or import restrictions that may apply.
